Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining immigration services, and scheduling appointments for consultants.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain immigration services (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)
- Answer basic client queries professionally
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain call records and client details
- Schedule appointments for counselors
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Ability to convince and handle clients politely
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus
- Eligibility / QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in telecalling or an immigration office is an advantage
