Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining immigration services, and scheduling appointments for consultants.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Explain immigration services (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)
• Answer basic client queries professionally
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Maintain call records and client details
• Schedule appointments for counselors
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Ability to convince and handle clients politely
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus
• Eligibility / QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in telecalling or an immigration office is an advantage
