Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and experienced Telecallers/Visa Counselor to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through various visa processes including Study, Tourist Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa processes for different countries.

• Handle walk-ins and convert leads into successful enrolments.

• Counsel clients based on their eligibility and requirements.

• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients through phone, email, or meetings.

• Coordinate with documentation and telecalling teams to ensure smooth processing.

• Maintain proper records of clients, applications, and follow-ups.

• Meet weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the immigration industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be confident, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month PLUS INCENTIVES
