Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and capable of maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into appointments or applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Provide information about study visa programs and migration services.
• Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Schedule appointments for counseling and coordinate with counselors.
• Handle client queries professionally and build trust and rapport.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets).
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling (preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
