Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services and convince customers to take desired actions.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.
- Work closely with the sales/support team for smooth operations.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language).
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism.
- Preferred AttributesExperience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
