Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Zirakpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries
• Explain products/services and resolve customer queries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain call records and update the database
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
