Job Description
- Role: Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support.
- Key Duties:
- Make cold/warm calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up on leads and ensure conversions.
- Resolve queries and escalate issues when needed.
