Visa Counsellor and Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, and immigration purposes. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments/applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, work permits, and PR applications.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options.

• Handle end-to-end visa processing and documentation.

• Assist clients in filling out visa forms and preparing required documents.

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and documentation changes.

• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth application handling.

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.

• Ability to achieve targets and handle multiple cases.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (Education / Business preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in visa counseling / immigration services (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience handling visas for Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, Other Countries.
