Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a proactive and confident Outbound Sales Caller to speak with leads generated through our sales channels. Your primary responsibility will be to clearly explain Emerald Finance’s products and convert interested prospects into qualified meetings for our internal closing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with corporate decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Outreach & Communication

• Make outbound calls to leads shared by the marketing team, referral partners, events, social media campaigns, and other channels.
• Understand the prospect's needs and briefly introduce Emerald Finance’s products, benefits, and implementation model.
• Communicate in a clear, professional, and confident manner.

2. Appointment Setting

• Identify qualified prospects and book meetings for our closing team (Partnerships / Sales Manager).
• Coordinate calendars and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain high conversion rates from call → meeting.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to explain financial products in simple words.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Basic CRM knowledge (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in telesales, customer calling, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Experience in BFSI, HR-tech, SaaS, or fintech is a plus.
• Understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, or lending products will be an advantage.
