Telecaller Outbound

urgently requires Tele-Callers & Visa Counsellor for our Immigration Office. We are looking for smart and energetic candidates. Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes. To counsel clients about visa process & requirements of countries. Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries. Convert leads to admissions. Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries. Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in. Following up on the prospective students over the phone. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings. Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings. Follow-up on the leads till registration. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Skills and Experience: Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales or Visa Counseling. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be from Immigration line.
