Job Description
- 📞 Telecaller Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, or further engagement
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Address customer concerns and resolve basic issues or escalate when required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth operations
- Maintain call quality standards and follow scripts when required
- 🎯 Preferred Skills (optional to include)Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
