Job DescriptionGlobal Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to connect with existing and potential customers over calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining services, generating leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Explain company products/services clearly to clients
• Generate leads and maintain customer interest
• Update and manage customer information accurately
• Follow up with interested customers
• Meet daily calling and performance targets
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply

• English: Basic communication skills required
