Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound and inbound sales calls to existing and potential customers

* Having a basic understanding of International Courier shipping logistics

* Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination

* Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements

* Coordinate and arrange online shipment bookings for confirmed orders

* Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-ups accurately

* Draft and respond to basic professional emails

* Support daily operations and online shipment booking activities

* Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi (mandatory)

* Basic English speaking and writing skills

* Experience or confidence in telesales / telecalling

* Good communication and persuasion skills

* Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, and online tools

* Ability to multitask between sales and operational responsibilities

* Organized, responsible, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred:

* Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or operations

* Familiarity with Ludhiana, Punjab and Good communication and confident talking skills.
