Job Description
We are looking for a female Tele Caller for our immigration office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound calls
- Provide information about immigration services and programs
- Maintain proper call records and client details
- Follow up with clients and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with the internal team as required
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply; experience will be an added advantage
