Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into orders.
  • Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch teams for order processing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
