Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive who can handle calls and sell travel plans and immigration services to potential clients. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain travel and immigration services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.

Provide details about visa services, tour packages, PR, study/work permits.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel/immigration plans.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Update customer details in CRM/software.

Requirements:

Good communication and sales skills.

Ability to convince customers over calls.

Basic knowledge of travel and immigration processes (training can be provided).

Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:

0–3 years experience in telesales/telecalling preferred.

Experience in travel or immigration sales is a plus.
