Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/servicesHandle inbound calls and respond to customer queriesExplain product features, pricing, and benefits clearlyAchieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsMaintain and update customer databaseFollow up on leads and convert them into salesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsHandle objections and resolve customer concerns professionallyRequired Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation abilitiesBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)Ability to work in a target-driven environmentPositive attitude and self-motivated

Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
