Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive who has a basic understanding of the stock market and strong sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for counselling potential learners, explaining our stock market courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Basic understanding of the stock market (equity, derivatives, or trading fundamentals preferred)

● Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in English will be an added advantage

● Ability to handle high outbound call volumes and effectively manage sales pipelines

● Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills

● Target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a performance-oriented environment

● Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable learning programs
