Job Description

Justdial Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join its growing sales team. The role involves promoting Justdial’s advertising and digital marketing solutions through outbound calls and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Promote Justdial’s advertising and digital marketing services

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities

Follow up with prospects to close sales deals

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Structure - 

For freshers - 21k ctc per month - ₹2,52,000 p.a. + flat 4% incentive                                                                

For experienced - 24-25k ctc per month + flat 4% incentive

Location - Industrial area, Phase - 2, Chandigarh 

Timings - 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
