Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and handle inbound calls from interested prospects to promote company products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge to accurately describe and explain benefits to customers.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Use persuasive techniques and follow sales scripts when necessary to address customer objections and close sales.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, and record all customer interactions, sales activities, and useful information in the CRM database.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Liaise with the field sales team and other internal departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure a seamless customer experience.
