Tender Executive

Role Summary: Responsible for handling tenders and basic system design for CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA and AV systems, primarily for government and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and manage government tenders (GeM / CPPP / state portals)
• Prepare technical compliance, BOQs and cost estimates
• Design basic system layouts, block diagrams and schematics
• Coordinate with OEMs for datasheets, compliance and pricing
• Support tender submission and post-bid clarifications

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA and AV systems
• Experience in tendering & BOQ preparation
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D)
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings

Preferred Experience in government or institutional projects.
