Travel Consultant

We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and end-to-end travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel products, and the ability to provide personalized travel solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on domestic & international travel packages
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages
• Arrange rail e-tickets, visas, travel insurance, and transfers
• Customize itineraries based on client requirements and budget
• Provide information on destinations, travel rules, and documentation
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain booking records and client databases
• Achieve sales targets and promote travel services
