• Preparing custom made holiday i4nerary/4cket/hotel/travel insurance reserva4on as per

client’s requirements

• Sourcing the best offer from the set list of vendors appointed by company

• Follow up with client for any desired changes if required in the i4nerary

• Giving best advice to client as per geography, history and climate knowledge of the

des4na4on and the ancillary ac4vi4es it has to offer

• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organisa4on

Sales Mee5ngs

• Preparing for mee4ngs via structured research about target client

• Update the daily leads stage data and its remarks on CRM

• Scheduling of sales mee4ngs via call/online/offline mode

• Having effec4ve sales mee4ngs in order to:

a. Understand the Travel ecosystem and past experiences of client

b. Posi4on Forever Travels as the best choice for the client

c. Generate requirements for other ancillary products of the client

Sales Proposals

• Create proposals based on client requirements

• Co-ordinate with vendor team for any offline changes if required to be done in proposals

Sales Conversion

• Nego4ate a win-win deals

• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

• Meet monthly sales targets

Client Co-ordina5on

• Write emails and messages professionally to record all discussions with the client

• Be the interface between the client and the finance and opera4ons team

Training and Development

• Visit various Trade and Industry events when required

• ASend online/offline des4na4on learning training organized by company or its partners
