The Role We are looking for a detailed oriented, well connected and organized Travel Desk Executive to join our growing client relations team. What You’ll Do: a) Well versed in hotel, flight booking, domestic and international Bookings b) Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload c) High level verbal and written communications skills d) Discretion with personal and confidential information e) Make travel arrangements. Who We Are Looking for: Work experience as a Travel Desk Excellent knowledge of Booking & E-ticketing. Hands-on experience booking software. 1) Graduate is Mandatory 2) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills 3) 2+ years’ experience in a Travel Desk role 4) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 5) Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills 6) Strong communication and presentation skills, must be fluent in spoken and written English 7) Should be well versed with any of the GDS (Amadeus ,Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo etc)
