About the Role:

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is inviting applications for the position of Unit Manager – Agency Channel. The role involves building and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents) and driving business growth through team performance.

This is a leadership-oriented role for candidates who have strong sales experience and team-building capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents)

Training, mentoring and motivating agents for business generation

Ensuring agents actively promote and sell Life Insurance policies

Driving sales targets through agency team

Monitoring team performance and providing regular field support

Building long-term professional relationships with agents

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in Sales (Compulsory)

Strong communication & leadership skills

Self-driven and target-oriented personality

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed CTC (On-roll position)

Attractive Incentives + Commission (3% to 35%)
