Job Summary

Agadh is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video Editor Executive to join our growing in-house team. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of hands-on video editing experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging social media videos, ad creatives and UGC-style content.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions and visual effects for short-form videos.
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos and other social media formats.
• Assist in color correction, sound design and audio synchronization to enhance video quality.
• Resize and repurpose content for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) across platforms.
• Collaborate with senior editors and the creative team to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats and evolving editing styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional or agency-level video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; basic to intermediate Adobe After Effects skills.
• Strong understanding of short-form content, social media trends and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, transitions and visual effects.
• Interest in digital marketing, performance ads and creative content strategies.
• Ability to work under deadlines, accept feedback and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, Reels, Shorts and motion graphics work.
