Visa Counsellor

Job Description:

The Visa Counselor is responsible for advising clients on visa processes, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures for various countries. The role involves client counseling, application handling, follow-ups, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of visa files.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel clients on visa options (Study / Tourist / Work / PR, as applicable)
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa categories and countries
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees
• Assist clients with application forms, SOPs, and document verification
• Coordinate with embassies, consultants, and internal teams
• Track application status and provide regular updates to clients
• Maintain client records and update details in CRM
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies
