Visa Counsellor

urgently requires Tele-Callers & Visa Counsellor for our Immigration Office. We are looking for smart and energetic candidates.

• Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.
• To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.
• Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.
• Convert leads to admissions.
• Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.
• Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
• Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
• Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
• Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.
• Follow-up on the leads till registration.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales or Visa Counseling.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be from Immigration line.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month PLUS INCENTIVES
