Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for handling visa-related inquiries, counseling clients, and converting leads into successful applications.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate visa counseling to clients based on their profiles.
• Handle inquiries from calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process.
• Explain visa procedures, documentation, and timelines.
• Follow up with clients and ensure a high conversion ratio.
• Maintain records of client interactions and applications.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Requirements:Good communication and counseling skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of visa processes (study, work, PR, tourist, etc.).
• Client-handling and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Previous experience in visa counseling will be an added advantage.
