Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process for study, tourist, work, PR, and immigration programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of visa procedures, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients regarding visa options for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand, Europe, and other destinations.

Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa categories (Study, Tourist, Work Permit, PR, Business, etc.).

Provide accurate information about documentation, eligibility criteria, timelines, and fees.

Handle complete visa filing process, including documentation verification and application submission.

Prepare clients for interview and verification calls.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients.

Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company SOPs.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain proper records and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of visa rules and documentation process.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
