Visa Counsellor Cum Telecaller

A visa counselor guides clients through the complex visa application process by providing expert advice, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, and helping clients comply with immigration laws. This role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations for different countries. Responsibilities include managing applications, coordinating with consulates, assisting with interviews, and maintaining client confidentiality. 

Key responsibilities

• Client guidance: Provide expert advice and comprehensive information on visa options, requirements, and procedures for various purposes, such as travel, work, or study. 
• Application management: Assist clients in completing and submitting all necessary forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations. 
• Documentation: Help clients gather and organize all required documents and ensure the paperwork is complete and error-free. 
• Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and consulates or other relevant agencies, handle client inquiries promptly, and provide timely updates. 
• Interview preparation: Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews. 
• Stay informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and procedures for multiple countries and stay current with any changes in immigration laws. 
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records and application status updates.
