Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
- Explain visa services (study, work, tourist, PR) in a simple and clear manner
- Maintain accurate client records and call logs
- Schedule appointments for Visa Counsellors
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Handle client queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with the counselling team for lead conversion
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
