Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Advise clients on suitable visa types (study, work, tourism) based on their goals and eligibility.
• Application Management: Help clients understand, complete, and submit complex application forms accurately.
• Documentation: Review and verify documents (passports, financial proofs, academic records) for completeness and authenticity.
• Policy Expertise: Stay updated on changing immigration rules, policies, and embassy requirements for different countries.
• Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients, consulates, and immigration authorities.
• Interview Prep: Guide clients for visa interviews, offering tips and practice.
• Record Keeping: Maintain confidential client files and track application statuses.
