Processing of student and visitor visa, Dependent visa applications for various destinations.
Assessment of visa applications. Communication with the visa office for all visa applications via emails Back up for assessment of visa files.
Updating visa checklist and visa forms.
Updating team members on new visa rules.
Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the USA, New Zealand & Europe.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
Effectively manage client queries through phone, email and in-person.
Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of applications sent for admission.
Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.
Liaising with clients, other offices and client Requirements.
Filling officer  all country knowledge study + PR
