Job description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller & Visa Counsellor with strong knowledge of Study and Tourist Visa counselling. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling student inquiries, explaining visa processes, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to Study and Tourist Visas

• Counsel students and clients for countries like UK, Canada, USA, Australia

• Explain visa requirements, documentation, process & timelines

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

• Maintain proper client records and follow internal processes

• Coordinate with documentation and filing teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Study & Tourist Visa Counselling

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Punjabi preferred)

• Good understanding of visa rules, documentation & interview preparation

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and in a team
