Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Setting: Align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces; set machine coordinate systems and tool offsets.
- Operating: Execute, monitor, and optimize VMC programs (Fanuc/Siemens) for precision components.
- Quality & Maintenance: Inspect parts using precision instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Programming
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1-3 years of experience in VMC operation and setting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Blueprint Reading, and CAD/CAM knowledge is beneficial.
