Job Description
Position: Steward
Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality
Location: Elante Mall, Chandigarh, Punjab
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking tools promptly and properly.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policies.
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas.
- Refill water, condiments, and service items as needed.
- Support restaurant operations during busy hours.
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager.
