• Job Responsibilities:Greet and attend guests in a polite and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per SOPs
• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar team for smooth service operations
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude
• Follow food safety and service guidelines at all times
• Assist in closing and opening duties of the outlet

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel/restaurant service preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
