Civil Foreman/Supervisor

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and executing civil construction activities at the substation site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works including foundations, RCC structures, trenches, cable ducts, roads, and buildings related to substation construction.
• Coordinate and manage site labor, masons, carpenters, bar benders, and helpers.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and instructions from the Site Engineer.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; report any issues immediately.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and site discipline.
• Plan daily activities and maintain work progress records.
• Coordinate with electrical teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or practical experience in civil construction works.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in substation, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read basic civil drawings and layouts.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and site control skills.
