Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our hotel kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, create high-quality menus, manage kitchen staff, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
• Plan and develop creative menus for the hotel restaurant and events
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies when needed
• Control food costs and minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Coordinate with hotel management for special events, banquets, and guest needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
