Site Supervisor(CIVIL)

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per plan, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting billing activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site team for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material usage records.
• Assist in contractor billing and measurement as per work completed.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at site.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays in coordination with seniors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 2–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and billing processes.
• Ability to handle site operations independently.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
