Delivery Executive

Job Title: Delivery BoyJob Summary:

The Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering items safely and on time to customers while providing polite and professional service.

• Responsibilities:Pick up packages, food, or documents from the store/warehouse
• Deliver items to customers at the correct address
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders
• Collect payments if required and hand over receipts
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer confirmation
• Maintain delivery records and reports
• Follow traffic rules and company policies
• Take care of the delivery vehicle (bike/cycle)
• Requirements:Minimum education: Basic literacy (school level preferred)
• Valid driving license (if using a bike/scooter)
• Good knowledge of local areas and routes
• Ability to use a smartphone for calls/maps
• Physically fit and punctual
• Honest and well-mannered
• Working Hours:Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based (as required)
