3D Architect Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Architect Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D architectural designs, visualizations, and renderings that effectively communicate project concepts to clients, stakeholders, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D architectural models, visualizations, and photorealistic renderings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to interpret project briefs and bring ideas to life.

Create detailed walkthroughs, animations, and conceptual presentations for client approval.

Ensure accuracy in design elements, proportions, textures, and lighting in all visual outputs.

Modify and update designs based on feedback from clients and project managers.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design.

Maintain organized project files and follow company standards for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Architectural Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and material application.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of BIM software like Revit.

Strong artistic sense with the ability to create visually appealing designs.
