Job Description
This is a construction-related job requirement. The candidate must have strong knowledge in 2D plans, 3D plans, elevation design, walkthrough creation, SketchUp, and Lumion.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
The candidate should be capable of handling projects independently from start to finish.
The work involves preparing drawings and designs for:
- Residential buildings
- Commercial buildings
- Interior design projects
The candidate must be able to create complete design packages including plans, elevations, 3D views, and realistic renderings.
