AC-HVAC Technician

Job Summary : The AC/HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and/or commercial settings. This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

• Key Responsibilities : Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Test system performance using gauges and diagnostic tools
• Replace or repair defective components (motors, compressors, thermostats, etc.)
• Ensure systems meet safety codes and manufacturer specifications
• Respond to service calls and explain issues and solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
