Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will assist the accounts team in daily financial operations, ensure timely record-keeping, and support month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally
• Maintain books of accounts and ledgers
• Handle accounts payable/receivable entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Assist in payroll processing and vendor payments
• Support in preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Maintain and organize financial records
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Preferred Candidate: Female candidate with a stable work background and willingness to take on long-term responsibilities

Salary: 16,000 - 18,000

Working Hours: 9:30 - 6:00 (6 days a Week)
