Accountant

Madras City Properties is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience and the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries and records
• Handle billing, invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Manage cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Maintain expense records and support budget tracking
• Assist with GST filings and compliance (if applicable)
• Coordinate with management for financial updates
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
