Accountant

We are seeking a Female Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting activities such as Tally accounting system, payment follow-up, and other accounts related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Tally accounting system.
• Perform payment follow-up activities and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable bank transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of bank statements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
• Coordinating with clients through mail communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounts or any other relevant field.
• Good English Communication Skill.
• 2-3 years of experience in Tally accounting system, payment follow-up, and other accounts related activities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally accounting software.
• Knowledge in GST Filing, TDS, PF and ESI
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

We are open to hiring candidates who reside in or around Mogappair, Villivakkam, Arumbakkam, Padi. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply for the position.
