Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS statements for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally Prime systems) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
