We are Hiring Accountant For Our Dental Hospital

Work Experience : minimum 2 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
• Record daily transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger
• Handle accounts payable and receivable

Billing & Revenue Management

• Prepare patient invoices and receipts
• Verify treatment billing and insurance billing entries
• Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

Bank & Cash Management

• Perform daily cash verification and reconciliation
• Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records

Statutory Compliance

• Maintain records for audit and tax purposes
• Support Chartered Accountant during audits

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Maintain accounting files and supporting documents
• Assist management with financial data and reports

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with front office for billing and payment updates
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Support overall financial and administrative operations

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
