Accountant

1–3 Years (Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply)

We are looking for a Accounts Executive to handle purchase entries and daily accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate purchase records, vendor transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter purchase invoices and bills in Tally / accounting software
• Maintain proper records of vendor bills and purchase orders
• Verify invoice details with PO, quantity, and rates
• Handle GRN (Goods Received Note) entries if applicable
• Maintain accounts payable and vendor ledger
• Assist in payment processing and tracking due payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of purchase bills
• Support in GST input entries and purchase-related compliance
• Coordinate with purchase and store teams
